Terms For a website, not yet for a product.

These terms cover your use of idntt.io while IDNTT is pre-launch. They are terms for a website. They are not a product agreement, because there is no product to agree to yet.

Nothing here is shipped

Every capability described on this site is planned. The browser extension, mobile apps, desktop app and CLI are not available, and the descriptions of how they work reflect our current intent rather than a released implementation.

Details may change before launch. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, reserve a place, guarantee access, or commit us to shipping on any particular date — or at all.

The waitlist

Submitting your email address asks us to contact you about the launch. You can ask to be removed at any time, and every message we send will include a way to do so.

Please submit an address you are entitled to use. Do not submit anyone else’s.

Acceptable use

Use the site as a visitor would. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or submit automated traffic to the waitlist form.

Content and trade marks

The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to IDNTT or are used with permission. You may quote and link to the site normally; please do not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

No warranty, no liability

The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from reliance on statements about a product that has not launched.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms before launch. The updated date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version.
